At Southeast, the Department of Leadership, Middle & Secondary Education offers undergraduate initial teaching certification for middle, junior, and senior high school teachers, as well as some K-12 programs. Student appeals are due at the time of application for student teaching, or immediately following failure to maintain the standards for student teaching after initial approval for a placement.
